Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Assist in conducting product presentations and sales pitches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Sales Support & Operations

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
  • Support in tracking sales metrics and preparing reports.

Training & Development

  • Gain hands-on experience in the sales process, including CRM usage and negotiation tactics.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and mentorship sessions with senior sales executives.
  • Learn industry-specific sales techniques and strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software is a plus.
