SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 -3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (within a country - Nigeria).

We offer DHL shipping on all Nigerian orders and FedEx across all African countries.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping using DHL Express and FedEx to Canada, the US, the UK, and the EU. Your order's shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the product’s country of origin. For DHL Express, the product will originate from Nigeria, while FedEx is from other African countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Pashione, Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within five business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at sales@pashione.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at sales@pashione.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.

DELIVERY POLICY

Both Buyer and Brand agree to this Policy. However, in the event of false, frivolous, or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered with.

Depending on the nature and category of a Product, the return process may be subject to additional terms. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or intimated by the Brand at the time of purchase of the Product.

In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by the Brand, the value of such Product, as originally paid by the Buyer during acceptance of the Product, will be refunded to the Buyer either in the bank account provided by the Buyer for such refund, or in the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer. Pashione, Inc. shall have the sole discretion to determine the reversal mode from the above options.

Buyer agrees that if the Brand does not accept the returned Product, then Pashione, Inc. shall have the right to liquidate or sell those Products and give all the valid title, rights, and interests, including warranties and other collaterals and benefits associated with those Products (as the Buyer would have received from the Brand) to any third party to whom those products are sold.

Cancellation of transactions/orders

a. Cancellation by Brand:

The brand may not accept specific orders; the Brand has the right to cancel directly (cancellation by the Brand) or through Pashione, Inc. (the Brand can instruct Pashione, Inc. to cancel such an order).

Brand reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some reasons that may result in the Buyer's order being canceled include, without limitation, the non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by the Buyer or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.

The brand may also require additional verifications or information before processing any order. All such cancellations shall be without recourse to the Buyer and any liability to the brand or Pashione, Inc.

Suppose the Buyer's order is canceled after the payment has been processed. In that case, the amount will be reversed/remitted to the Buyer either to the bank account provided by the Buyer for such reversal, to the payment instrument from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer.

Pashione, Inc. shall have the sole discretion to determine the reversal mode from the above options. If a promotional code given by Pashione, Inc. is used for the purchase of the Product, the amount under such promotional code shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order.

The above is the sole remedy of the Buyer, the sole liability of the Brand, and the sole responsibility of Pashione, Inc. for any cancellation of the purchase order by the Brand or otherwise, other than by the Buyer.
