Pashione Inc. Return & Refund Policy

At Pashione, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product or request a refund. This Return and Refund Policy explains our procedures and your rights as a customer regarding returns and refunds.

Both Buyers and Brands agree to this Policy. However, in the event of false, frivolous, or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered with

1. Our Policy:We accept returns within ten days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging you received. If ten days have passed and the item has been used, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

2. Refunds:We will initiate the refund process upon receipt and inspection of your return and notify you once we've received and inspected the returned item. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

3. Eligibility for Refund:You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

a. Faulty or Damaged Products:If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return or a replacement at no additional cost.

b. Change of Mind:You may return any unused item for any reason to receive a store credit via Pashione wallets. All returns require the payment of a one-time $20 processing/postage fee. Please submit a request to sales@pashione.co.

c. Non-Delivery:Please get in touch with our customer support team if you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time. We will investigate and, if necessary, issue a refund or replacement.

4. Return Process:To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a.Contact our customer support team at sales@pashione.co to request a return and receive a return authorization (RA) number.

b.Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the package.

c.Ship the item to the return address our customer support team provided.

5. Canceling Orders:You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, but it cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.

6. Gifts:If the item being returned/exchanged was a gift, please email us at sales@pashione.co to discuss return/exchange options.

7.If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, We will exchange it for free. Please submit a request to sales@pashione.co for your replacement.

8.If your item does not fit, We offer one exchange free of charge. You may only exchange an item that does not fit for a different size of the same item. All subsequent exchanges will require a one-time fee, determined based on your address. You will receive a label to ship the items you receive back to us. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will ship the requested exchanged size via DHL Express shipping. If we do not have the size you need, we will issue store credit for your item and notify you by email. Please submit a request to sales@pashione.co for your exchange.
